During the Soviet-Chinese border conflict of 1969, the Chinese captured a modern Soviet T-62 tank, which had a significant impact on the development of Project 122. In the autumn of 1970, two prototypes of the machine were created, which were distinguished by additional armament: four ATGM installations were installed on the sides of the tower, and a twin installation of DSHK machine guns was located on the gunner’s hatch. Tests that took place in 1971-1973 showed unreliability of the design, after which work on the project was stopped in 1974.

Research and leveling up
This machine is a promotional premium technique and does not require pumping additional modules, it has an “Elite” status, brings more credits and experience for each battle, and also has a number of other advantages.
